A life journey, from a boy born in Queensland, wanting to help others. This page is for those wanting to find about myself and the journey I went through.

I started in the electrical industry eventually working for major consumer goods manufacturers as engineer and manager positions. (Sharp and Hitachi) It was great fun travelling around teaching technicians the latest advances in electronics. I still have friends in this industry and enjoy their stories.

After attending an industry educational feedback session and telling what was coming in the future of computing technology, I decided to enter into Information Technology and focus on the future world of technology.

After a number of years assigned to different customers, branches and countries, I ended up achieving a number of industry certifications including;

• Microsoft Certified Trainer
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer + Internet
• Citrix Certified Administrator
• Novell Administrator
• Certified Developer of the Enterprise

Along the journey I met and formed teams with special people in different countries that achieved almost impossible project goals. Of those that I have worked with many are still friends.

After a number of years I joined a company called Ancons Pty Ltd and worked with a team of directors that initially knew little, but had a vision and a dream.

After 18 months I commenced the South Pacific operations of the newly named and branded company called Clariti Pty Ltd.

During the early years of Clariti (South Pacific) Ltd I was shown by KPMG, BDO and Ernst & Young the way to run international businesses to comply with all regulations in the South Pacific area. This was a lot to learn in three years and we proceeded through acquisition finally selling to a publically listed company in the south pacific.

During this time I experienced

• 3 financial audits
• 2 due diligences
• 1 procedure audit

This was very hard lesson and necessary for compliance for shareholders to exit the company and formed the basics of a great learning experience. As CEO I was surrounded by a dedicated team of people to help make the company grow, and to this day still am in contact with these working friends. We all helped the staff to grow and personally develop into strong characters able to work internationally.

Experiencing different cultures, languages and traditions we had to delicately handle objection and culture to achieve international standards in peace and harmony. This was not easy!

Eventually, I discovered firsthand about business partners that showed greed, lied, theft then wanting to destroy what was just beginning to flourish killing the best opportunity.

During this time I commenced Greymouse ready for the next chapter, and put into practice all that was shown to me over the years. After a few years I retired from normal work, living on the sunshine coast.

While surfing, decided to turn it back into helping others on their journey and how to do it all over again, but learning from the mistakes, to "do it smarter".

Shortly after this I contacted Achaeus and have helped many businesses over the last 5 years to prepare or offer guidance on their journey, some locally, others, internationally.

During this time I listened to each companies concerns, issues and struggles wanting to help more but limited in what I could singularly deliver. I also found myself repeating the same words again and again with each team.

I and other Mentors have also won awards with successful teams winning the plans, financials, marketing and strategic planning process. We were honoured to have been a part of this community of entrepreneurial skills watching others grow and develop. Many teams had the "light bulb" switch on and suddenly start to become aware and grow. Unfortunately this is a one to one situation and not replicable, this caused me concern.

So to address this, we have assembled a service and support team in Greymouse to help many more businesses. We are now doing this in two ways;

1/ Solutions to solve operational issues businesses face every day (Greymouse)
2/ Strategic training and guidance from Mentors and Advisors. (Greymouse Education)

The other mentors I have worked with over 4 years have provided their time freely to the cause of helping businesses succeed. This is fantastic community support for the goal and I am honoured to be surrounded by this special team of people.

We at Greymouse prepare and publish this material, then help operationally where needed.

At last we can now help more business owners quicker than ever before. A FANTASTIC TRAINING and implementation method!

Yes I have made mistakes, including trusting people that have stolen, lied and wanted to hurt myself and the team members. Each of these negative people have taught me a lesson in life and these lessons I take into my training and deliver the knowledge to ensure others see the traps and do not repeat my mistakes.

This time we have changed our approach and have a community of mentors helping businesses. This is exciting, tapping into the power of the world to deliver what people are hungry to learn.
